In the corridors of ambition, mankind strides,

A dance with power, wealth, and glory abides.

Creation and ruination, hand in hand,

As survival's whisper shapes the human strand.

An instinctual pursuit, engraved in our core,

Power, wealth, glory—what we seek, and more.

Yet, what of a man with no grand ambitions,

Softened by society's renditions?

Centuries pass, the growth of civilization,

Acceptance of structures, a man's transformation.

Content in mediocrity, isolated and confined,

In the shadow of ambition, the spirit maligned.

The contemporary world, a shifting tide,

Where strength diminishes, and skills preside.

Today's man, domesticated and tamed,

In societal spheres, his essence maimed.

Ambition, a lone force, a counterweight,

Against a world that seeks to dictate.

Western culture, vast and grand,

Yet, the foundation for creating men seems unmanned.
